Changing Habits as the saying goes, “”Old habits are hard to break.”” So what’s the point of even trying? Well, studies say, they are not impossible to break neither. While I am not advocating anything in particular here, I do believe that changing a bad habit can only do you good, and THAT alone could only be beneficial to you.
For instance, a not-so-good habit of choosing mostly junk food or fastfood over healthy food choices is always a good idea to change. Or how about the tendency to become a workaholic and overwhelm yourself with stress, forgetting self-care and rest are just as important as your career?
Finding the motivation is the key to success here. Ask yourself, what motivates you to sacrifice what seems a good thing, in return for something even better? Focusing on your goals is a good way to fuel determination. Avoiding pitfalls such as temptation and bad influence is a no-brainer to make sure you are not bound for failure.
Easier said than done, that’s how it sounds like – but once a new habit is formed, eventually it becomes “”an old thing””. And once again, as they say, “”Old habits are not easy to break.”””
About Your Coach
I am an Anti-Age coach, and I support people interested in cultivating a lifestyle of behavioral changes.
This lifestyle will help them make quality decisions by choosing foods and activities to stave off disease, manage weight and promote energy. I am a Registered Nurse by profession, and I received my coach certification from Health Coach Institute. Over the past 22 years, I have cultivated a habit of mindful eating, an essential life skill. Why did this happen? I realized that even though my family had youthful features, they were passing away from circulation issues. How can I stop this from happening to me? I researched the foods that help with circulation and cause inflammation. I used this information and experimented with it myself. I eliminated sugar and increased my vegetables, water, nuts, and certain fruits in my diet. I also made it a habit to include fitness/movement in my daily routine. It not only benefits the body but helps relieve mental stress. Maintaining this lifestyle over the years has led to a clean bill of health and has led me to become a health coach.
As an Anti-aging coach, I support individuals interested in developing the knowledge and skills in making behavioral changes towards sustaining a healthy, disease-free life.

How does this program benificial for people on the go and have no time to prepare healthy meals?
The program is beneficial for busy people on the go. Each week, clients have ‘Action Steps’ to follow through. During the sessions, we discuss whether or not they completed the Action Step. We also make suggestions on how to improve on the actions and keep in mind their ultimate goal.
Do you provide any meal plans ?
I do not provide meal plans but I can guide customers on food nutrition. I also monitor progress and make sure about the actions steps follow through.
Do you have a specific diet recommendation for people who has diabetes?
I do not have a specific diet recommended for people who have diabetes. My goal is to guide the customers on food and nutrition, which helps stave off diabetes. Therefore, I aim at making the right choices without too much food restrictions.
Are the programs safe for people who has pre-existing medical conditions?
The program is safe for people with pre-existing medical conditions as the program involves goals that the customers set for themselves.
Base on your experience as a health coach , how long does these programs lasts?
The program lasts for 90-days.
For people with obesity, is there a weight loss program ?
Yes, I offer a program tailored for obese individuals. Similarly to other programs, It involves goals that customers set for themselve and Action Steps follow through.
Is the program expensive?
The cost varies based on the actual customer’s program. Each program is unique depending on goals tht have been set.
Do I need to exercise if I enroll in a program?
Movement /exercise is suggested in the program and based on clients’ goals.
I am using beauty products to stop my skin from aging, is this reasonable?
The use of beauty products is an individuals’ choice. It is not part of the program.
I have food allergies, do you have a meal plan that are safe?
The program does not offer a meal plan. However, the clients’ allergies are kept in mind when discussing food and nutrition.”
